State of Mind

The band is comprised of 6 teenagers ranging from the age of 12-14.

They play blues, pop and country. This band is not your normal teenage band. They play a wide range of music that crowds of all ages can relate to.

Among being named the 2010 OBCMAI Band of the Year, they were also chosen to perform at the Suwannee River Jam in Live Oak, FL in April 2011. They will also be going to Daytona Beach in May and opening for the band "Steam".

Band members are: Lauren Elise- Vocals, Cortnie Frazier- Vocals, William Bishop- Lead Guitar, Blake Kemple- Rhythm Guitar, Caroline Lastinger-Keyboard and Jacob White- drums. Also, piping in on the harmonica from time to time, is the Band Manager -Steve Lastinger.
